KickOff Day

KickOff Day is the open house onboarding event for the ZERO TO 1 Accelerator, introducing prospective founders to the program, its methodology, and the startup ecosystem supporting it.

The event brings together applicants, mentors, advisors, investors, and partners for a half-day session explaining the accelerator’s 90-day venture creation process focused on market validation.

KickOff Day also serves as the first selection stage, where shortlisted applicants interview with the program’s Review Committee, presenting their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and discussing their venture concept.

The ZERO TO 1 Accelerator is a 90-day venture creation program designed to rapidly validate startup ideas through real market demand. Rather than focusing only on learning, the program prioritizes early customer commitment and revenue generation. Founders test ideas directly with customers, refine solutions quickly, and progress through elimination stages, with top ventures eligible for investment funding.

Participants are expected to commit approximately 7–12 hours per week, and receive guidance through four focused areas of specialist support designed to help founders systematically validate their market, refine their offering, and move toward early revenue.

Demo Day for the ZERO TO 1 Accelerator is the final event of the 90-day program where the top ventures present the results of their market validation.

Startups that successfully pass the program’s elimination stages pitch their ventures to a panel of investors and industry partners. Each team demonstrates the real progress achieved during the accelerator, including customer validation, early revenue, and a clear plan for scaling.

The event serves as both a showcase and an investment opportunity. Ventures that demonstrate strong traction may be selected for follow-on funding of up to 16 million THB, along with continued support to scale their business beyond the program.
