OUR APPROACH

Market Validation before Product Building

Build a business generating income within 90 days and be eligible to receive up to 16 million baht in investment.

Our focus is to serve as a platform for market validation as the foundation of venture creation. We take a revenue-first approach that places real customers, not ideas, assumptions, or prototypes at the center of development.

Rather than relying on surveys or hypothetical interest, founders are expected to engage directly with potential buyers from day one. Teams must actively reach out to target customers, test value propositions in real market conditions, and secure payment as early as possible as proof of genuine demand.

This is a kill gate accelerator. To graduate, ventures must successfully pass four structured review stages, each assessing market validation, execution capability, and founder commitment. Graduation is defined by converting customer interest into paid transactions and establishing a credible pathway to monthly recurring revenue (MRR) within the 90-day program.

Ventures that pass all four kill gates will be reviewed by our investment partners and may receive between six and sixteen million baht in exchange for ten to fifteen percent equity. Teams that do not pass a kill gate will exit the program but are welcome to reapply in future intakes.

WHY JOIN US ?

We help founders rapidly validate market needs before wasting time building products nobody will pay for.

The program ’s value comes from 3 things:

  • Speed to market truth: founders quickly learn what sells and what doesn’t.

  • Execution over education: emphasis on action, outreach, and revenue.

  • Clear pathway to funding: ventures that prove traction will be reviewed for investment ranging from 6 to 16 million baht.

Ultimately, the program reduces founder risk by replacing uncertainty with market proof, helping serious founders build ventures grounded in real customer demand.

Proposed equity exchange for funding will be determined on an individual case.

The program is 100% free and anyone can participate as long as you can join in-person.

PROCESS

The core 90-day program starts in May and continues until Demo Day in August 2026
To graduate the program candidates must survive 4 Kill Gates

Day 0 - 13
Reality Check

Choose one ICP.

  • Start direct outreach immediately.

  • Speak to real buyers.

  • Ask for money in your first
    conversations.

  • Weak ideas are killed fast.

You need to be actively selling in this phase.

Day 14 - 34
Pricing Truth

Lock a price and test it live.

  • Close first paying customers.

  • Validate willingness to pay, not interest.

  • Founders must not avoid sales.

By the end of this phase, there must be real money exchanged.

Day 35 - 62
Revenue Momentum

Double down on what converts.

  • Increase deal size or close rate.

  • Improve sales execution, not features.

  • Only build what buyers have already paid for.

This phase separates temporary wins from repeatable revenue.

Day 63 - 90
Scale or Stop

Push toward monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

  • Tighten ICP focus.

  • Decide: scale, pivot hard, or shut down.

KILL GATES

OBJECTIVE: Validate market need with customer payments

GATE 1 (Day 0 - 13)

Key Question:

Who will ask for money?

Purpose:

Forcing the first irreversible act of entrepreneurship:
explicitly asking real buyers to pay real money.

GATE 2 (Day 14 - 34)

Key Question:

Will anyone pay?

Purpose:

The transition from selling intent to selling reality.

This gate proves whether the venture has crossed from theoretical demand to economic demand.

GATE 3 (Day 35 - 62)

Key Question:

Was it luck or a business?

Purpose:

Determine whether revenue to date represents:

  • a repeatable business, or

  • a one-off win driven by heroics, relationships, or discounts

This is the anti-luck gate.

GATE 4 (Day 63 - 90)

Key Question:

Should this company exist?

Purpose:

Kill Gate 4 exists to eliminate ventures who:

  • Have fragile pricing or unclear expansion paths

  • Cannot sustain momentum independently

This is not about potential.
It is about viability without protection.
